Primavera ¡Al fin!

Le 21 septembre dernier, le printemps est finalement arrivé. Tout le monde fete la venue de la saison chaude : les étudiants sont en congé, les gens s'offrent des fleurs et les sourires sont sur toutes les levres. J'ai également vu qqs citrouilles qui annoncent déja l'Halloween. Dur de croire que les bourgeons et les chauves-souris se cotoyeront ici.

I went down to Mar del Plata with a bunch of friends the weekend before. The five of us drove 600 km in a VW Gol (smaller than the Golf) to get a piece of ocean. We had a couple of beautiful sunny days even though the beach season doesn't start until December. Mar del Plata's a fairly big city. You might remember that it hosted a conference of world leaders about a year ago. Apparently they did a big city clean up for the event. Afterwards we cruised along the coast to visit a few beach resorts that were just incredible. You can catch a few pics below. (It took a week until I could get a good enough connection to post these pics... or let's just say I'm on a latino schedule, ¿no?)
